Happy Friday!! We have officially entered into FALL!! For some of us that means amazing weather and no more sunburns! For others that means changing leaves and snow in the future! For everyone it means the days are shorter and the busy season of the Holidays is around the corner! SOO if your wondering Halloween is 1 month 7 days away, Thanksgiving is 2 months exactly away, and Christmas is 3 months, 1 day away!! AND 2017 is 3 months, 8 days away! WHAT 2017 is almost over. This next few months are going to busy and then add on it being a Presidential election year into the mix of it!
Every year seems to go by quicker than the last, and sometimes I would love for time to SLOW DOWN, so I can take a breath! But it don't so we have to make the best of it and try to use our time wisely!! I want everyone to enjoy this season and enjoy their families!
I know I brought up the unspoken territory of the 2016 Presidential elections. This year is another historic milestone as we have for the first time in history a woman running for president and a celebrity Billionaire. Hard to imagine how many milestones I have seen in my life. Lots of firsts. Cell phones, computers, and the list could go on forever.
ANYWAY, we are moving into the holidays and many people ask if it is better to list now, during the holidays, or after. The answer is IT is NEVER a bad time to sell a home in Arizona!! Fall/Winter we have our "Snow Birds" that buy and sell, and the holidays don't change their minds in buying. Many are looking during the holidays because they don't have family here and they have more time to look. AND homes look their best during the holidays!
