Fall is in the air in Arizona, and we are coming up to the Holidays. Is everyone ready for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas? I want to put my 2cents into is, RELAX and ENJOY your families and don't get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of having everything perfect. Enjoy what we have available in the local areas to support local businesses!
Some great family activities local to Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert to do to get in the spirit of the seasons is to head to Schenpf Farms, that is located in San Tan Valley and Queen Creek area. THey have pumpkin and chili every weekend in October. For more information: http://www.schnepffarms.com/event/pumpkin-chili-party-2/
The farmers market that is located on Power Rd and N. of Ray in Gilbert has a corn maze, pumpkins, and lots of GREAT, LOCAL produce. So check that out for a few hours. https://www.facebook.com/Power-Road-Farmers-Market-140812849279935/timeline/
AND Of course, because this is a real estate site about selling homes, I want to let everyone know of a few events we have going on this season! Oct. 8 from 6-8 there is a Buyer's education class being held at the Queen Creek Library and is OPEN to the public to anyone in the areas of San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Mesa, Apache Junction, Chandler, and Florence. So if you know anyone that would love to come, please let them know.
Also, we are having a client appreciation on November 15 at my home in San Tan Valley, so watch of the invite and more information on this!
And if you're thinking of buying and selling the Holidays can be the perfect time to do so, as serious buyers and sellers are still active in the markets, AND sellers homes always look and smell so nice during the seasons! (even better then usual) So if you know anyone looking to buy or sell, now or in the future please let us know as we service: San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Chandler, Florence, And Casa grande, but if there is someone you know not in these areas, LET US KNOW!
