Hard to imagine we are almost finished with 2020! What a year this one has been. BUT the one thing that has remained to be strong and steady is the housing market. Especially here in Arizona.
Our Median Sales price is still trending upward, and is a VERY strong Sellers market with a sellers market score of 96. We are EXTREMELY low on inventory, and we currently (1:43pm) have only 25 ACTIVE listings in the zip 85143. IN the past we have about 200 active listings in this zip code. Many homes have MULTIPLE offers within a few days due to the low inventory of homes for buyers to look at. WE only have 8,039 active listings across the entire MLS, and that includes everything from 3k trailers in parks to muli- million dollar homes. IN the last few years, we have seen between 27k to 30k of active listings across the valley.
